Please note: Two night weekend breaks covering both Saturday and Sunday evenings will usually incur a 20% supplement as our rental week run is from Saturday to Saturday.

Rental is usually on a weekly basis (though shorter stays can be accommodated on request) and usually run from Saturday to Saturday. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included in the weekly rental price.

Well behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge, please ask when booking.

We will need your holiday dates and a contact address and telephone number and it is helpful if you can let us know where you found details of our cottage or our website.

An initial (non-refundable) deposit of half the cost of your holiday will be requested with the written confirmation, payment of which will be due within seven days of the email or letter. The balance for your holiday will be due eight weeks prior to your holiday start date. If you are booking within eight weeks of your holiday start date then the full payment will be requested on confirmation of your booking.
